More About the Case
The female victim alleges that Takeoff pursued and raped her at a party in Los Angeles in June. The woman received an invitation from Daryl McPherson to the party on June 22. At the party, she realized that Takeoff was looking at her and later he offered her marijuana which made her uncomfortable.
Later she told McPherson that she is not into Takeoff and didn’t want to get into an intimate relationship. McPherson wanted her to get inside a room where she feels safe but Takeoff ran into them and the two had an argument. Later Ball followed her and raped her after she had refused for any sexual advance.
Neama Rahmani, who is handling her case, gave the statement by saying that her client terrified. She has been a victim and as Takeoff is still a free man and hasn’t been arrested yet. She hopes that the investigation became more aggressive so that she can get her justice.
Attorney Drew Findling representing Ball, went out very straight and told the media that it is a false statement. The case is and claims both are false as Neama Rahmani is unable to give any evidence and they haven’t talked to any witness till now.
According to Findling, his client Takeoff is a renowned personality, a person filled with talent. The allegation put just to target his client and wants to receive money against charges. Though it is not the first time members of Migos have been under some legal issue.
