The famous manga comes up with season 2 Japanese anime Violet Evergarden. With the immense popularity gained by season 1, makers are looking forward to giving away the second season. The show received a lot of hype due to stunning visuals. The show debuted on Netflix in 2018.


The anime series based on a light novel. Written by Kana Akatsuki and exemplified by Akiko Takase. As the anime introduced on January 11, 2018, with 13 episodes. The anime won Best Animation at the 2019 Crunchyroll Anime Award. Because the series got a good response as the makers were not planning to make the second season but the popularity demanded it.

We got to see the first series from January 2018 to April 2018. As the official dates announced as 24 April 2020. The only reason for the delay is Corona Pandemic. The dates shifted to 18 September 2020. Let’s hope everything goes into place and there is no delay.

What is the plot of Violet Evergarden?

The story moves on with a child soldier or robot named Violet created to fight in the war. She worked under her commander, a man she looks up to. He lost his life in battle and the last thing she heard from the commander was ‘I love you.’ In search of meaning love, she began to work as a typist for a small company that composes letters of people’s emotions and values. With this work, she starts to understand her feelings more.

She was hired by a scientist named Dr. Orlando to assist his blind wife who wants to write a novel. The story in a story makes it more complicated and interesting. Facts will reveal in season 2 of Violet Evergarden. Let’s hope for more details in the coming days.
