Guardians of the Galaxy has been a super series in the Marvel cinematic universe. The likes of Peter Quill, Groot, and Rocket Racoon have made this series of superhero movies a success. The first part of the Guardians of the Galaxy came in 2014 and since then a tree-like kid and a talking rocket raccoon have been one of our favorite superheroes. Also, the team consists of Gamora, Nebula, and Drax who together make a wholesome fun group who fight out there to Guard our Universe. So here’s what we know about the Guardians of The Galaxy’s part 3.

About the Guardians of the Galaxy:
Guardians of the Galaxy is a film series based on the Marvel Comics’ superhero group of the same name. It is made by the Marvel Studios along with Disney as a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe of the AVENGERS. The film revolves around the group of alien beings led by Star-Lord. The group also consists of a tree-like a kid named Groot and a Rocket Racoon. The group is later joined by characters such as Mantis, Drax, Gamora, and Nebula. At the end of “AVENGERS: End Game,” we saw the group unite with the AVENGERS to defeat Thanos. Until then the group had lost their member Gamora.

The extra deleted scene featured by Marvel in comic-con last time show hopes that Gamora could be seen again in the next part of Guardians of the Galaxy. Here’s the video-
Release date and more:
The Marvel Studios have announced their 4th phase of the release of a chunk of movies. These movies will be released in the period of 2020-2022. Although, the Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 is not there in this list of movies, the Marvel studios have confirmed that they are working on it and it will soon announce its release details.
This delay in production came in following the firing and rehiring of the director of the series, James Gunn.

The director James Gunn was fired by Disney following a controversial tweet/ comment. Though they have hired him again and there seem no hard feelings between Disney and James Gunn. James Gunn further announced that the production of the film is underway and is going as per schedule. Check out the tweet –
