A mother dressed her daughter in playboy dress to restrain her from men, was raped at an age of nine. The girl is now 15 years old and was molested every other day for 1 year between the time period of May 2014 to May 2015.
The girl was woken up repeatedly and found men over her when she was wearing bunny ears and a black lace dress ‘Playboy’ costume.
The 41 years mother of the girl is now punished to be prisoned for 10 years on Tuesday by Judge David Kent. The mother is charged for being seriously responsible for being a violent offender.
There were proposals made to send her rehabilitation centre but the judiciary system favoured that she shouldn’t be sent to a rehabilitation centre instead she should be punished as she has committed a crime and is found to be guilty which doesn’t grant her permission to register her with any rehabilitation centre and instead she should be behind the bars.
The mother has already spent 20 months in the custody after she was charged guilty for five sexual assault charges in March. She denied to accept it and labelled it as it never happened.
The most horrifying part of the incident is the girl was raped at the age of 9 when a girl is not even aware of the concept of puberty and every time.
The 15 years old girl confessed that her mother used to come with her friends and used to touch her improperly, undressed her and try to be naughty with her and used to give her a drink that used to make her drowsy. On one such occasion, her mother held her hands while she was being abused and asked for money to the men.
No evidence has been found of receiving money and no men had been charged for abuse till now. The girl’s father is also called to custody for drug charges at the time of the abuse.
Her father revealed in the court that he has to handle the girl alone and the girl has attempted suicide three times.
The girl is mentally disturbed after facing sexual assault at the age of nine and it is very challenging for her to fight for her justice.
