13 Reasons Whys is an American teen drama web television series directed by Brain Yorkey. This is original Netflix series consists of mystery, thriller, teen drama, romance.
Brian Yorker (showrunner) explained he was suspicious of High school series which go beyond four seasons as the high school in the US is only four years long.
The storyline of 13 Reasons Why:
This series is based on the high school teens where Hannah Baker student of freshman year in high school left some cassette tapes. In those tapes, she told the mystery of her life-ending. She committed suicide for some reason which she concludes in those 13 cassette tapes.
This story includes various social issues of not only one country but of the complete world. It includes sexual assault, controversy, suicide, racism, bullying, domestic violence, alcoholism, drugs addiction, etc.
13 Reasons Why season 5: Release date
Unfortunately, Netflix has confirmed that 13 Reasons Why season 4 will be the last season and would not be returning back with season 5. The series maker Brain Yorker said it will be the end of this series here as the high school will only have four years. And we completed it so it’s good time that we choose not to make another season of 13 Reasons Why. So Netflix will not go with season 5 of 13 Reasons Why.
Why 13 Reasons Why got cancelled?
Netflix said the show will end because it has reached the natural conclusion of its narrative arc. “Season four will feature the cast’s graduation from High School which will be the natural conclusion of the show”.
“This fourth season of high school drama will be the last season this brings the ultimatum of their lives and we are satisfied with it”, Yorker added. The fourth season was landed on Netflix on Friday 5th June which is the last season for this series.
However, Fans of this series are excited for and expected its next season in the upcoming days. But as Netflix said season 4 will be the last. So fans can probably guess there will be no more Clay Jensen, Justin Foley, Liberty High School in their future.
