As today the whole world is affected due to the ongoing global pandemic, Coronavirus, strike the blood series is also not been spared. The production activities have to be stopped due to safety reasons. The team is trying its best to make use of the time. They are thinking day and night on how to provide the best output to the fans after the coronavirus. The new season is expected to be released by the end of 2020 or at the beginning of 2021. But there has been no official announcement from the maker’s side. So we can’t say anything. Definitely, some production work is going on by the team from their respective homes. But all we can say to our fans is to just maintain patience. No doubt the wait is long but Strike the blood will surely come out with the new season and you all will be witnessing some more twists and turns in the show.
Plot
As we know the show is based in Japan. The show revolves around a boy named Akatsuki Kojou who has the power of vampires. He always has his life at risk. He is the fourth ancestor. The rest three ancestor wants to kill him in order to protect their throne. There also exists an island named Itogami Island which is a home for monsters and demons. As Kojou goes through a memory loss, The Lion King plans ways and means to kill Kojou. So now we will have to see how Kojou will save his life and how will he escape from the other three ancestors.

We don’t know if there will be some addition of new characters. But the main characters will surely be returning in the upcoming season as well. The lead characters will include Akatsuki Kojou, Yukina, Natsuki Minamiya, Kirasaka.
