The second season of the show “the gifted” just got wrapped up, and fans are asking for more. But sadly, the fox has decided not to renew its sophomore drama series for the new season.
The fox Scifi series is one of the marvel superhero show, X-men spinoff series set in an alternate timeline where x men have disappeared, and two parents are forced to adopt their kids. They discover that they have mutant abilities.
The show is currently on disney+marvel series along with Hulu.
Critics well receive the gifted with a higher rating with 84% than the first season. But the drama was a soft performer in viewer rating, which wrapped up in the second season.

The creators of the series haven’t officially announced season 3. there have been rumors about cancellation of the show. According to the tvline, it is the fox’s “lowest rated, least-watched drama.”
The gifted ratings have been drastically reduced in season 2; seasons one premiere hit 4 million views, which were enough for the season to get renewed. Season 2 was just 2 million viewers per episode, which are downward viewership, which made fox cancel the show.
