Law Enforcement sources tell TMZ … the thieves smashed a bedroom window at their L.A.- area home. They were dressed in all black and wore masks. Cops know this from surveillance cams. Once inside, they stole Lori’s jewelry box which contained super-expensive bling.
Cops don’t know if Lori and Mossimo were specifically targeted or if this was a random burglary.
The burglars targeted a specific person, Lori, and Mossimo. They were dressed in all black with masks on their heads when they arrived at this home to steal jewelry from an expensively- configured bling box that was inside of its bedroom window!
Lori’s camp tells TMZ that she is thankful no one was hurt in the burglary, and even though material things are important to have on hand for financially unstable times like these — what matters most is family. The death of Bob Saget helped put this crime into perspective because he spiritually typified how easily accessible our valuables can be when you don’t know who has access or if they’re insured against loss!
Lori is beefing up security to ensure that no one goes near her home. She has hired a private guard who will be there around the clock, at least for now- it’s not certain how long they’ll need him or if Lori can even afford this.
