The story of Hai to Gensou no Grimgar revolves around a group of adventurers who suddenly get transp[orted to a strange RPG like the world, without any memory or recollection of past events leading to their present fate. All they can remember is their names. Now all they have to do is fight goblins and keep running for life. To survive in this strange world, they need to evolve themselves into great warriors and learn fighting skills, all while trying to figure out how, why or when they ended up in this unknown world and a way they could get out of here. The group initially traveled as a party of six, until goblins slaughtered their leader Manato, who was a priest. Soon, Haruhiro took over as the group leader and they must carry on with their adventure.
