The BBC television drama Taboo, produced by Hardy Son and Steve Knight. The series was written by Chips Hardy and his son Tom Hardy. Taboo is a pack of mystery with intense drama. The series got mixed reviews from the viewers. The first season includes eight episodes. Due to the profuse response, the second season was announced by BBC.
Taboo set in 1814, James Delaney returns to London after 10 years spending in Africa. Everyone believed that he was dead long back; he returns to know what his father inherits to him. There was a shipping empire, and he will rebuild it to live a life.

The twist occurs when the story revealed that his father’s legacy was a poisoned chalice. There is an enemy loiter in every dark corner. He will also find the reason behind his father’s death. Bounded by conspiracy and the dark side of life he will unfold a dark tale of his family.
When will season two of Taboo release?
There are no official dates announced yet, but the series started filming in late 2019, hence there are chances that the series might get released at the end of 2020. The shoot was on hold as Hardy’s wife was in labor and needed some quality time. Also, due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, the industry is on hold, and there might be some delay in the release of season 2.
