Their friendship is rumoured to have started due to their relationship with Jonas brothers. It is said that they first met each other through them and ever since, they have never been truly apart. They started hanging out with each other often and would also be seen in award functions together. There was also a time when Taylor Swift tattooed lyrics of Selena’s song on her hand, although the tattoo was temporary. They have also gone on tours together.
