Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese animated series that is based on a series of manga which title is the same. This is a very famous and very amazing animated series. This famous and amazing anime series is illustrated and written by Koyoharu Gotouge. In October 2021, a second season titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yokaku Hen will premiere with the cast and crew of the first season and the film returning.
Being one of the most popular and arguably one of the most successful anime franchises at the moment Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba practically left us at the edge of our seats with its first season and it’s a recent movie. Even though there is no official news as to when the newest season is going to get its premiere or as to how many episodes it will be having but we are to anticipate that it will drop somewhere in fall or at the end of 2021 and with it’s the newest arc in the listing what should we expect from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2?

Releasing in 2021?
The first season of Kimetsu no Yaiba marked its season premiere on April 6, 2019, and had the entire fandom beguiled by its beautiful animation and enthralling plot. On October 16, 2020, Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Movie, Mugen Train was released which practically dethroned some major anime movies and grossed US$ 417 million worldwide amid the pandemic. Rationally speaking, Kimetsu no Yaiba became one of the finest anime in recent years, received a great rating, and achieved an unwavering fandom in its journey. And credits to its popularity, the creators made no delay in the announcement of Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2.
The teaser of Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 was released by its official Twitter handle on February 2021, providing us with a glimpse as to what the Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 was all about. According to the teaser, the Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 is set on the Entertainment District Arc.
The Entertainment District arc is an astounding plot from the manga. It is the eighth arc in the Kimetsu no Yaiba manga. In this arc, the main characters of the story, Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu infiltrate a district in Yoshiwara, Japan, and accompany the Sound Hashira and Tengen Uzui a demon hunter which is a new character on a mission to help search for his missing wives who were investigating rumors of demons within the district.
The arc has some bewildering fight scenes and an intense storyline to beguile the fans and it’s not only the second season we will be getting this year, the anime will be getting a game as well, Kimetsu no Yaiba: Keppu Kengeki Royale which is scheduled to launch this year as well, it was supposed to be out in 2020 but because of quality assurance, it’s set to release this year. Even though the manga has ended with its 23rd volume being released on May 17, 2020, the anime has been skyrocketing thanks to all the love and support from its fans. As is the case with most anime, the Demon Slayer season 2 release date is decidedly vague for the time being. For now, only the official announcement states that the air date of the new season will sometime in 2021.
Cast
The main characters of the story are Tanjiro Kamado voiced by Natsuki Hanae and Nezuko Kamado voiced by Akari Kito. Along with them, there are the Hashiras’, the many ranked Demons, the Ubuyashiki Family, and the Demon Slayers.
After Tanjiro and his sister Nezuko, we have Zenitsu Agasuma, voiced by Hiro Shimano, an extremely cowardly boy who was forced into the demon slayer corps to pay for his debts.
Inouske Hashibara was voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, a young lad who was raised by wild boars after his mother’s sacrifice to save him in the stead of her life.
Kanao Tsuyuri is voiced by Reina Ueda, who joins the demon slayer corps at the same time as Tanjiro and Zenitsu, and is a Hahira.
Genya Shinazugawa was voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto, a ruthless lad who knows nothing beyond demon killing.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is based on a Japanese manga of the same name written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. The genre of this manga is adventure fiction, dark fantasy, and martial arts.
Since ancient times, the existence of man-eating demons lurking in the woods has struck fear in human hearts. It is said that a demon Slayer also roams the woods to hunt down these bloodthirsty monsters. The story is set in the Taisho era in Japan. It follows the life of a boy Tanjiro Kamado and his sister, Nezeko Kamado whose family is slaughtered by these man-eating monsters, and with Tanjiro’s last remaining blood survivor, his sister Nezuko, who herself is in a demon curse, Tanjiro sets his journey along with her to seek out the demon who annihilated his family and to look out for a way to cure Nezuko to become a human again.
Expectations from the Entertainment Arc
The first season of Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered in 2019 with a set of 26 episodes covering almost 52 chapters from the manga itself. The Kimetsu no Yaiba manga can be broken down to 11 arcs in total from which 6 arcs are already down in season 1 and Kimetsu no Yaiba: The movie, Mugen Train covers the particular Mugen Train arc.
Thus the Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 as we caught a glimpse of it from the trailer we know that it will particularly be based on the Entertainment District Arc from the manga, comprising of 29 chapters in counting. We cannot expect a total of 26 episodes from this season as its predecessor, it is most likely to end at 16 episodes as such, it all comes down to the creators and the producers in the end if they are going to provide the fandom with more. The Entertainment District Arc is going to cover some gripping fight scenes for the fans to enjoy alongside the riveting plotline. We have a lot of expectations from Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 and undeniably it is going to live up to the expectations like it’s the forerunner.
