STORYLINE:
A mutilated body of an eleven year old boy, Frankie Peterson found in the Georgia woods. The boy belongs to the local community. Ralph Anderson, a police detective is assigned with the task of unraveling the truth and putting the culprits behind the bar. The boy’s body was found covered in saliva and had many bite marks all over his body. Terry Maitland, a local popular English teacher and Little League coach is arrested by Ralph on suspect of killing the boy. Howie Gold is hired by Maitland to prove his innocence.
The story keeps getting more complex as more and more new evidences are unraveled in the process.
RELEASE DATE AND LATEST RUMOURS:
It is rumoured that the second season of the series will be based on the novel If It Bleeds by Stephen king. The ending of the first season had set it up for the second season itself. In fact, the mid-credit scene was what led to the inception of wild theories for the second season.
Although nothing has yet been officially confirmed, it looks highly likely that the series will be renewed for a second season. However, the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic means to that it’ll take quite some time before the production of the second season will be stated.
