Firefighters arrived at a mansion in McLean, Virginia about 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday to battle the flames that had spread through several floors and were now reaching up towards the roof by this point according to ARLnow and InsideNoVa news sources

Fire units from Fairfax County responded first due to their proximity but other jurisdictions joined them quickly because there was heavy fire extension throughout most parts of The Chain Bridge Road property

The home of former president and first lady, George Washington’s Parrot Estate has been in the news lately. This lavish property was purchased by 82-year old democrat Robb Johnson for 1 million dollars back when he served as a US senator from Nebraska alongside his wife Lynda Bird The Johnsons who have owned this estate since 1973 according to InsideNoVa records; with an appraised value between 3 – 4 million dollars today.

Fairfax County Fire/Rescue tweeted that two people were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The agency did not release their names, but said they are expected to be okay!

The fire department is working to determine what caused ablaze. They have not released any information about the cause yet, but it was most likely an electrical issue due to all of these being men working near one another who were using their power tools at once when it happened (maybe forgetting which outlet provided electricity).
